LMMT COMMUNITY SESSIONS
Life Moves Massage Therapy is a unique blend of Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, and Corrective Exercise. As a team, we are focused on helping our community be more capable of doing the things they love. This month, we are focusing on our runners.
Massage and Chiropractic can be extremely useful in helping to keep your body in its best running shape, but there is a lot you can do ON YOUR OWN. We want to share our knowledge and equip you with the tools to better self treat.
We will go through stretches, exercises, & self-massage tips specifically with runners in mind. We’ll cover how to prevent and recover from knee pain, low-back & hip pain, mid-back pain, shin splints, and plantar fasciitis.
Space is limited, and as humans, we are generally more inclined to show up at events we pay for, so it does cost $5. But we promise it will be full of awesome info, and we will be providing refreshments and light snacks. You will be moving and doing stretches, so please wear comfortable, athletic clothing and bring a yoga mat/large towel and a small towel.
