You need only schedule date date, arrange any space needed, and forward the email we provide to participating employees, and we handle all the appointment scheduling online. In-office massage can be completely customized based on your company’s goals and needs. Below are a few of the more common set-ups company’s use:

Massage Days at the Gym

Providing convenient access to a massage therapist at your gym increases your membership value. When you choose a Life Moves Massage Therapist, you are specifically providing access to a massage therapist trained in Crossfit and other gym movements. Our massage therapists have the training to gain a deeper understand of your body’s “big picture” from your workouts.

Regular massage for athletes helps:
